SHOP.com was on the lookout to improve its email marketing program and looking at a number of high-profile ESPs to handle their extensive email volume.
The SHOP.com team had invested a considerable number of hours in selecting a provider and originally had developed a final list, which actually did not even include Maropost. Before the actual final decision was made, an IT Manager from SHOP.com met the team from Maropost at a trade show, and was left with quite the impression.
